A vegetarian has to be sure to get a good amount of Omega 3. Like the article says as you can get a lot fo Omega 3's from walnuts and flax. the problem is they do not have the EPA and DHA that are so proven to be healthy. Flax has ALA which can be turned into DHA and EPA but I keep reading the conversion rate is not so good. If you are a strict vegetarian then you may research DHA and EPA supplements made from Algae. If not the best supplement for Increasing Omega 3 is Krill oil.
